Funny idea -- maybe instead of telling people to call the number to receive support knowing full well that they aren't going to receive any support when they call the number but instead be drawn into an infinite loop of visiting the website and filling out the help form which instructs them to call the number which instructs them to visit the website and filling out the help form which instructs them to call the number which instructs them to visit the website and filling out the help form which instructs them to call the number which instructs them to visit the website and filling out the help form, you could instead display a message which says "Phone support isn't included in the package you selected. Upgrade to a different plan to receive phone support."
Howabout chat support? Is any support available with the free version? If not, how do I change from the free version to the not-free version so I can receive customer service and support?
