Why would you ask them what their question is when they plainly and clearly already stated it. They are wondering how to speak with a human at Turbo Tax. "We are humans here" doesn't answer their question. They want to SPEAK with a TURBO TAX CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, they aren't looking to have a text chat with a random person on a message board.
