TurboTax needs to do a better job of explaining this. I spent 30 minutes figuring it out.
> First, Pay for TurboTax Self-Employed - pay at > You can pay for your tax return in the File step (click "File") The option to pay only becomes available after you complete the Setting up section (the Intro and Profile steps).
> Then, Click "Tax Home", and scroll down to "Your Account" (below the 'Continue" button"). Click "Show" and there is a choice for "Create W-2's and 1099's and it takes you to the page
