If I was 16 in 2019 and claimed as a dependent by my mother but won’t be claimed this year can I file a stimulus rebate credit? I have not lived with her for almost 2yrs.

I’m 17 now, turning 18 February 14th. I’ve lived with my grandparents for almost 2 years and my mom has not supported me since the first 5-6 months of me living with them. I’ve been working to support my day to day needs. I plan on moving out of my grandparents soon but due to the pandemic, haven’t worked enough to save much this year and was hoping my tax return would help out somewhat. Any advice helps, thanks!
