I have Turbo Tax Deluxe CD. I have been using it and twice this week updates got stuck and i had to cancel. How do i fix this?

I have Turbo Tax Deluxe CD. I have been using it and twice this week updates got stuck and i had to cancel. How do i fix this?
I cannot run updates when i start Turbo Tax Deluxe. Updates gets to 19% and stay there until i cancel.
