I worked for Pizza Hut for the first two weeks of 2020. Will I still get a W2 for this employer and do I have to report it on my tax return?

I was employed with Pizza Hut all year of 2019, but left the job on January 10th. Not certain of what I made but it was only one paycheck and my vacation pay I had left so it was roughly less than $1200.
