How to remove a final state estimated tax payment which was made early, i.e in the previous year but was carried forward by TT

I was originally scheduled to make four ($100) state 2015 estimated tax payments, the final one to be made in early 2016. The fourth payment was made early, in fall 2015. So no estimated payment was made in 2016, but $100 was still carried forward. How can I remove it?
