I am familiar with how to enter the W2s manually, and have. I am 100% sure at least one of the W2s is available for download so my post was the fact that it is not prompting me to do so. While I appreciate the response, repeating the same thing as the prior responder really isn't a ton of help. It appears something is wrong and I was thus reporting it as such. I will move on.
