yes, I have been using TurboTax since 2007. I realize I have to save my files, and I do so every year. But I'm telling you, they DO NOT EXIST on my computer like every other year does. Something has caused them to be deleted. My husband is an IT guy and he can't find them either. Even if I hadn't saved a pdf (which I always do) the tax file should be there, else how would I have submitted my taxes?
