Remmber a loan u took out, must be paid back if not in full the IRS will take if from the federal checks not the states are u sure it says states cuz that is something new I never heard of could of been a glitch into the system might wanna call customers service at IRS. Turbo tax couldn't tell u much it's just that they take our information which type in the computer once finish it is sent to IRS data base for process.
