Here is another way to remove your 1095-A form if you can't locate the Tools option :
- Log in to your account .
- Select Federal taxes from the left menu.
- Go to Deductions and Credits.
- Scroll down to Medical.
- Select Revisit next to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).
- On the following screen delete the 1095-A form.
You should receive Form 1095-A if you bought health insurance through one of the Health Care Exchanges, also known as Marketplaces. The form provides information about your insurance policy, your premiums (the cost you pay for insurance), and any advance payment of premium tax credit.
