On Form 1041, the only income is 1099-DIV with $1,164 in Ordinary Dividends with $1,079 in Qualified Dividends. How do I complete form 1041 with this information?
I'm filing for 1041 for a Trust. The only income for the year is from 1099-DIV with $1,164 in Ordinary Dividends (Box 1a) with $1,079 in Qualified Dividends (Box 1b). What is the proper way to complete form 1041 with this information?
