Hello, If there is a person working ilegal with his second name and last name but his employer is taking taxes of each check every week, after a while he/she get work permit and SSN, can he/she declare taxes with the w-2 issues from his/her employer without the opportunity of change anything in his w-2 or issued another w-2 with his/her real ssn and work permit ?
