I did read thur. This didn't answer my issue at all. I never got a email about them being the ones to possibly to me send my stimulus package for example, and my issue is why cannot I not get in contact with customer service thur phone or the site. I've gotten most of my updates thur searching from the news. But I'm honestly would be fine if I had some kind of contact by TT during any of this at all. Even a single email.
