I had to set up am estate account for my deceased uncle because one of his account would only release a check to an estate and not to me directly. I left the estate account open for about 6 months and then closed it. I deposited that money into my personal account. Do I file a form 706 for moving that money to my own account? And do I file a 1041 form for the estate?
