So, I finally talked to the IRS today 1/7 and they said TurboTax received my refund and decided not to pay the bank fee to re-route my taxes. H&R Block did right by their customers so I guess I will be going there after decades between being single and married with dependents to complete my taxes this year. The IRS indicates TurboTax email about re-distribution of refunds is a lie. If so, ... just WOW.
