My apologies. Your posts were so well written (and authoritative), I thought you might have been a rep for T-Tax.
Regardless, I just spent the last xx minutes with Customer Support and they set me up with a new SW code which I downloaded and it works great with Big Sur. Loads quickly.
fwiw: my original code was purchased at Costco. (not their issue per se, but Intuit labels it a retail sale, if that matters to their internal systems.)
