while TT will open for e-filing sooner than the IRS all that happens is it sits on TT server until the IRS opens e-filing. don't rush to e-file. if you find an error or omission like many taxpayers reported for 2019 return, you can not call it back. you have to wait until it is fully processed which can take months and then file an amended return which can take months more
