How could my wife be receiving the 2nd EIP, but Says not available when I check my ss#. We filed jointly how could they screw up this bad. Am I the only one with this?
When o check hers was being mailed out today we filed jointly and information is the same only thing different is our mailing address. When she checks the new address it works. When I do nothing? When I use the old address tells me not available? Hers either new or old address shows the mailing date? I thought it said that joint returns would be identical and how come it’s not direct deposited? IRS can’t contact them about this and seems I’m the only person dealing with this issue? How can this be that messed up? Yet we can’t ask about any known issues going on because they mess up?
