Apparently there is a problem with our stimulus checks because turbotax created a temporary account for us. IRS website has no answers. Will I get my check?

I am reading that legally we only have until the 15th and turbotax really isn't doing anything to fix this. I can't get a hole of anyone from turbo tax or the IRS for answers.
