My bank has told me the IRS made an error and sent TurboTax users stimulus payments to the TurboTax bank. Is this true? No refund in 2019 and paid our prep fee separate.

I have read that this would only impact users who deduct the prep fee from the return which doesn't apply to me but it doesn't line up with what my bank told me.
