Hi, is the maximum gift tax free annual contribution to 529 plans for 1 child by a husband and wife $30k in total (i.e. $15k per spouse)?

So I can contribute $15k to a 529 plan this year for our child, and my wife can also contribute $15k to the same or another 529 plan this year for the same child; without worrying about gift tax because of going above the combined $30k annual contribution limit?
