The Online version is only to prepare the current years tax return (now is 2020). To file a 2019 return with TurboTax, your daughter will need the 2019 Desktop software (you install on your computer). You also need to mail in the return, you cannot e-file the 2019 return.

The information you entered online will show 2020, so you cannot download that return, you will need to start over in the desktop version.
