there is no non-filer form for the 2nd stimulus (other than a 2020 tax return) and the window for non-filer from the first stimulus is closed. here is my documentation!

I didn’t file a tax return and didn’t register with the IRS.gov non-filers tool. Am I eligible for a payment?
Yes, if you meet the eligibility requirement. While you won’t receive an automatic payment now, you can still claim the equivalent Recovery Rebate Credit when you file your 2020 federal income tax return.
@accal10 - if you are a dependent of your fathers (since you father may be able to claim you given your disabled status), you would not be eligible for stimulus.
