Thanks for the link but it hasn't helped yet.
It says (1) "double-click your TurboTax download's dmg file, which will mount a virtual drive on your desktop. The drive should automatically open."
When I double-click on the dmg icon I get the same imagine showing that I should drag TurboTax into my applications folder.
Directions part 2: "Follow the directions in the pop-up window to drag the red "TurboTax checkmark" icon to the Applications folder in the pop-up window. Don't drag it to the Applications folder already on your Mac. It needs to go into the Applications folder in the pop-up."
Now I did something and I see a Google Chrome icon with an arrow to an applications folder but what next?
Is there a viseo or illustrated step-by-step instruction that shows exactly what I should be doing?
