Under wages and income put in $1 or 1099-DIV with any bank name on it. Then your file will be eligible to file. Efiling is closed now, so you can print and file or wait until eFiling opens around Jan 20 and see if it will accept the 2019 return. It did not in the past, but I believe it may this year.
