Folks, are you really trying to help? Your message says that I can use TurboTax Delux or TurboTax Premium, but I can't use either if I can't purchase the package; and I can't because your input screen will not me allow to input and update my previous submissions. Also, I can't purchase the package because my address is in Japan and your offering through Amazon (the only way I can access the possibility of purchase, since your input screens won't allow me to access my information through Intuit). I was able to talk with a more senior respresentative via your help, but she recommended acquiring SprinTax... I checked and that package meant for foreign students residing in the U.S. I really find it hard to believe that a reasonably loyal customer gets this kind of run-around after purchasing and using TurboTax for 20 years. What the hey!
