The IRS applied my payment to the wrong year, I cannot get them to answer the phone. Can TURBOTAX people help me with this?
They applied my payments to 2020 instead of 2019 and now they are trying to threaten me with putting a lean on my property if I don't answer within 30 days, I tried two days to call them and was on the phone 30 minutes one day and one hour today and the phone system just finally says try again tomorrow!! I am so mad. I cannot get it fixed online either. I need help fixing this, how can I?
