Will I qualify for both stimulus checks as a credit next year even though my 2019 return had my wife's old itin instead of her new social? paper 1040x still pending.

My wife got her social in the summer of 2019.  I forgot to change the old it number over and the irs rejected it because her social was already on file.  My paper 1040x has been held hostage by covid since March and still pending according to irs website.  If I file my 2020 with her social will I get both credits?
