Yes, the Recovery Rebate Credit will be available on your 2020 tax return. It is available in 2020 TurboTax.
TurboTax asks about your stimulus payment at the beginning of the Federal Review. Or, you can type "stimulus" (without the quotes) in the Search box, then click the link that says "Jump to stimulus."
