I sold significant amount of stocks in 2020 and would like to pay estimated tax on this. Is there a way to do this utilizing Turbotax?

I would like to pay my estimated tax for 2020 to avoid penalty on stocks that I sold. I am not self-employed and work for an employer and have never paid estimated tax before.
