online preparation and e-filing are permanently closed for the 2019 tax year. however, if your 2019 online return is complete you can print it for filing. otherwise, if you started your return the .tax2019 it can be uploaded by you need the desktop software to complete it. The desktop app only works on a full PC or MAC. you also need the desktop app to do your return from scratch.
