I only signed up to use turbo tax help/max to ensure my taxes were filed correctlty/return received. I still don’t have my FED return and I’m being billed w/o any help

I selected MAX AFTER Speaking to someone with TurboTax and agreed to have the benefits taken from my return. Now I’m being billed and no one has has helped me with anything- I still don’t have my return and securing that was only reason I signed up
