I love that "click here and fill out the form", which sends you three questions, one of them being, "What is your order number?" I have looked at all of their screens, my account, my emails, and there is no order number anywhere. So then you look for a phone number to call them, none. Oh, they give you a number and when you call they say you need a different one. I now understand why Turbo Tax no longer works on earlier versions of Windows, they have no folks that can program logically. I will get my refund and after I do I will find another company to do my taxes with. I spent over 4 hours on this and have gotten no where.
