e-file didn't work and refuse to refund $!

I don't call $110 FREE!
E-file failed repeatedly and I ended up having to mail taxes in and they refuse to issue a refund!
Several RED flags when payment is requested:
1) you aren't given the exact amount
2) you aren't asked to verify the amount
3) you don't receive a receipt with the amount
4) very hard to actually speak with someone if you have an issue
5) when you do speak with someone, they don't know anything and are looking through a manual with canned answers
BBB will be getting an earful from this customer!
will also let my CC company know that this charge was not authorized as it was for services not received!
Let's hope I don't get audited because of this
