Online TurboTax for 2019 returns is closed. You now have to use the desktop software. Did you just purchase the 2019 Deluxe desktop software as a download from the TurboTax website? If so, have you retrieved the software and installed it on your computer? A 2019 return can no longer be efiled. It has to be printed and mailed.

Do you need to start a new 2019 return, or did you previously start a 2019 return in Online TurboTax and need to know how to download the *.tax2019 data file so you can open it in the desktop software?
