The online 2019 tax filing season is closed permanently and forever. Online filing for 2020 taxes will open sometime towards the end of December 2020 at the earliest.
To file a 2019 tax return you have to purchase the CD version of TurboTax 2019 and physically install it on your windows or MAC computer. The CD version of TurboTax 2019 is available at https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
