The IRS website lists Intuit turbotax as a modern e-file participators, so I should be still able to e-file 2019 return before November? Why won't it let me?

The IRS website lists Intuit turbotax as a modern e-file participators, so I should be still able to e-file 2019 return before November? Why won't it let me?
Being a modernized e-filer, they have to ability to e-file after the Oct 15 deadline.
