Can you actually answer the question for next year. Last year I had problems e-filing my return so I had to print and file it. This year it generated a pin number for my wife and I. It would NOT allow me to blank it out. Every submission was rejected. I followed every possible link offered on TurboTax, and even asked a question on the help link, but two days later (on the 15th) it recommended printing and mailing my return. It was very frustrating. I'm I doomed to print and mail my return forever? It would be great if the e-filing options included one for people who were then forced to print and mail their return. I am definitely considering using another tax software as 3 days of trying to e-file should have never happened, especially when it ended in failure.
