How can I upgrade to Turbo Deluxe? I selected Deluxe, but keep getting the message 'You don't qualify for free filing.' and can't clear and start my form all over again.

I selected the Upgrade option, but can't get out of the loop that keeps on displaying the message 'You don't qualify for FreeFile'.  When I try to clear the form to start over, a message indicating that I can't clear the form displays.

I've been using TT for years, and this is poor.  Has anyone else experienced this, and, if so, how was it resolved?  Thanks for any help you can give.
