Make sure when you are filing your taxes now, you list the payment you made on 07/15/20 in the tax payments made section of your return. You will receive credit for this payment on your return when you submit it. You enter it on the Deductions & Credits Screen under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid: Estimates. Hope that helps.
