Please post the exact error message. Is there a code within it similar to one of these:
601ERRV:4, CustHdr_8 -?:? - Invalid Street address...
or
601ERRV:5, CustHdr_17 - ?:? - Invalid SMS Number. Must be between 10 and 10 digits.
If the latter, are you a foreign filer?
