IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service said they can't help since case is still open. It's been a year. I hope they pay interest like I would if the shoe was on the other foot.
Again I mailed it 10/12/19 tracked it delivered 10/15. IRS didn't open and online says filed 10/16/19 :(
