Isn't it FRAUD to charge me for filing my return though you didn't file it?
You accepted my $148 but, due to some technical difficulty, the computer connection wasn't completed and timed out before my return was filed. Now, I'm faced with having to pay another $148 to try to file my return. This isn't fair! So I ask that you refund the original $148 so I have enough cash to pay the $148 to actually file my return.
