Installed TurboTax Premier 2019. It installed and updated ok, but will not activate. I am using the desktop version and run Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

The activation screen hangs, with a few dots moving in circles.  I installed, updated, and activated Turbo Tax Business 2019 just last week on the same computer with the same configuration.
