The Federal 1120 filed fine.
You cannot e-file this tax return because the Intuit
Electronic Filing Center is not open for the season
yet. We accept 2018 Virginia S-Corporation tax
returns from beginning of tax season to end of tax
season. We'll see you then!

The latest installed (listed) update in TurboTax business was Jan 10 or thereabouts.
Is TurboTax state really not ready yet or is this some kind of program problem?
How can I file my VA corporate tax?
