If you have entire months with 0's - Leave the boxes where you would have zeros on your Form 1095A as blanks in TurboTax. See the screenshot below for an example of how it should look. You need to take out all the zero's for the months that you don't have coverage. You may get an error while you are removing the zeros as if you leave even one zero in it will still give you the error - but once you remove them all, it should clear the error.
Also, if you uploaded your Form 1095-A, then you may want to delete the upload and reenter it manually leaving out the zeros.
