My main w-2 did not make it on my taxes, they were sent in with this problem, what do I do?

What do I do when I sent my taxes in without the main w2 accounted for,  somehow it dropped out,  I put the information in and at some point it dropped it. Didn't notice until few days after when I reviewed them again. What should I do?
