Most likely reason for the rejection was for the 2017 AGI being wrong ... so do you still have the email telling you what the rejection was about ? If not all don't worry .... all you really can do now is print, ink sign and mail in the return.
paper file. it can no longer be e-filed. use a method where you get proof of delivery. expect a long delay before you get your refund.
