Just want to add this...I called the IRS this morning. The employee was the rudest woman I’ve encountered in awhile. I explained my situation and asked if there was any info she could give. She claims August 1st was the “reset date” for everyone so expect your 8 weeks of waiting to start on the 1st of this month. I told her that other people in my situation received their taxes in July so how was August the reset date. I’m not kidding you , she hung up on me . I’m going to try calling again Monday and hopefully connect with a nicer employee
